Also you can conclude a agreement with a broker – Member/ Visitor of the “Petroleum products” Section and perform transactions as a Client of the broker.

The controller of delivery - Rosneft.
You need a delivery agreement with Rosneft. To conclude it you need to execute and submit a set of documents to the Exchange.
Delivery of goods by pipeline.
You need a transport agreement with Transneft. To conclude it you need to contact the Transnefteproduct Joint-Stock Co.
