In accordance with the Rules of the Derivatives Market Section to perform transactions you need to:
1. Become a Member of the Exchange (Derivatives Market Section) / Constant Visitor of the Derivatives Market Section.
2. Conclude the agreement and pay the application fee in accordance with the tariff rates.
3. Conclude the Addition to the Agreement on procedures and terms of making electronic deals and Pre-delivery period deals for trading in the Derivatives Market Section CJSC «SPIMEX».
4. Submit a notarized copy of the license of an exchange intermediary for futures and options transactions.
5. To accredit at least one trader, and, if desired, an analyst, providing the Power of Attorney, filled in accordance with the established forms.
Please note that to finalize the accreditation trader must submit a notarized copy of the license of an exchange broker for futures and options transactions.
6. Fulfill the conditions of the provision of technical access.
7. Be taken at the clearing services and gain access to perform operations in accordance with the documents of the Clearing organization SDCO (CJSC) for transactions on your behalf.
