Mission:
Development of the World financial centre on the basis of the CJSC «Saint-Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange».
Targets:
- Development of a well organised market for primary goods, concentrating demand and supply.
- Formation of objective prices for the basic primary goods fascilitating the development of a trading infrastructure in Russia.
